| Wisdom of the Wood is a Publishing Company that's dedicated to the distribution and creation of Acoustic Stringed Music Learning Materials. Syllabus: You will have a lifetime of study before you. Many new titles are expected to be released through 2003...in all types of media, including: VHS Video, DVD, CD ROM and Printed Paper. Wisdom of the Wood also represents other publishing companies including, but not limited to: Mel Bay, Workshop Records and Hal Leonard. What the future holds: As a publisher, WOTW hopes to come out with many unique titles that cover facets of playing largely ignored throughout the past. There are many voids still needing to be covered to ensure that there's a comprehensive selection available to all acoustic artists...whether the student wants to learn a particular medium, style and approach to a particular instrument or if an instrument has a limited selection of past published works, WOTW hopes to be the final and definitive resource. Bios on Our Acoustic Authors: Each WOTW Author will have their very own bio page describing their acoustic endeavors along with their perspectives on the learning process, discographies, bibliographies, and future project titles. Samples of their published works will also be posted on their dedicated pages. Free Online Lessons: WOTW will also offer an extensive database of tips, techniques and music notation covering all facets of learning your acoustic instrument of choice.
