Two main mediums covered are fingerpicking and flatpicking on both the 6 & 12-string banjo.
This type of banjo is considered an unorthodox instrument seldom heard within jamming circles or on recordings. In fact, if you were to ever sit in with one at a jam session, expect first to be giving explanation of what the instrument is...even so, once you’ve become accomplished on the instrument, you’ll wake up many ears to a completely new sound.
